Mr. Mohr has over nine years of experience in investment banking, investment management and management consulting. He is responsible for sourcing and executing merger, acquisition, equity financing and debt financing transactions as well as private equity investment opportunities at Creative Health Capital. He has advised on transactions for companies focusing on long term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis centers and specialty cancer hospitals.
Prior to joining Creative Health Capital, he was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Jefferies & Company in New York. He advised on Equity, Convertible Debt, High Yield Debt and Mezzanine Debt offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Restructurings for private and public middle market companies and private equity firms focusing on the middle market.
Before joining Jefferies, he was with Morgan Stanley as Partner & Co-Founder of The Reegler Mohr Group within the Global Wealth Management Division in San Francisco. He co-managed a team with $125 million of assets under management employing a rigorous, quantitative approach to investment management utilizing efficient frontier analysis and Monte Carlo simulation for high net worth and institutional clients. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Mohr was a management consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group in New York. He focused on strategy engagements and strategic sourcing for Fortune 500 corporations.
Mr. Mohr earned an MBA degree in Finance & Accounting (Dean's Honors List) from the University of Chicago and a BS degree in Economics (Combs Scholar, Kanel Scholar, Krown Fellow) from the California Institute of Technology.
